Shipping and Return Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction on part of the products and service delivered. We provide quality on every aspect product and service offered. In the event, if you are displeased with the services or products provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Our Policy for the Shipping and refund will be as follows:

 Shipping Policy

  1. We have free shipping across India for all orders including prepaid.
  2. We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.
  3. Some products are on pre-order so please expect a short delay in the dispatch of these products. The relevant product page will have these details mentioned.

    Return & Refund Policy

    1. Most of our items can be returned/exchanged for a new product or store credit. If a certain style is a FINAL SALE, the same is mentioned on that specific product page itself. For products that can be exchanged, we follow a 10 Day Return/Exchange policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
    2. You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid for three months..
    3. Our Quality Control process shipping and packaging, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at info@socialindiacraft.com and we will take care of the rest.
    4. We have a free reverse-pickup service. We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to pick up the product from you in 3-5 working days. Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it with all the tags and original packing intact and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number. In case your pincode is not serviceable by our team, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost.

    6. It will take 15 to 25 working days for you to receive a replacement or store credit. We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
